Théâtre Denise Pelletier
Renowned theater located at 4353, rue Ste-Catherine Est. Thanks to the support of a government grant, the Theater is getting a makeover while retaining its period style. The building was constructed at the end of the twenties to open to the public on March 28, 1930. The current administration purchased the building in 1976 to make changes and open to the public on October 14, 1977. The recent transformation won two prizes: the TDP and the firm Saia Barbarese Topouzanov received the Heritage Prize from the Greater Montreal Real Estate Board and the 1st Jury Prize in Conservation and Restoration from the Ordre des architectes du Québec.
